The Thomas House Hotel, once the Cloyd Brothers Hotel, is one of three hotels left from Red Boiling Springs' early-20th-century spa boom and was rebuilt in 1927 after a fire. Room 37 and Sarah Cloyd, a young girl said to have lived there, are central to its stories, and Ghost Hunters investigated in the 2012 episode "Dead and Breakfast." Promotional claims such as a national ranking of most haunted spots are not independently verified.
Operating hotel; overnight ghost-hunt weekends are run by an outside group.
