The Old Hospital on College Hill in Williamson opened in 1928 and served as a hospital until 1988, later holding offices until 2014. It was featured on Travel Channel's Destination Fear and is a stop on West Virginia's Paranormal Trail. Reports include phantom nurses, disembodied voices and an elevator that stops on the wrong floors, and it now offers history tours, ghost hunts and themed events.
