The Melrose Hotel is a historic brick hotel in downtown Grand Junction. Ghost Adventures investigated in 2019 after the owner invited the crew, citing a woman in white and doors opening on their own and a murder in an earlier owner's family. New owners reopened it as a quiet boutique hotel and downplay the ghost story.
Operating boutique hotel; local walking tours include it.
