Belvoir Winery occupies the former Odd Fellows Home in Liberty, a complex that opened in 1900 as a home for orphans, widows and the elderly of the fraternal order. Many residents, including children, died here over the decades, and later stories describe footsteps, voices and apparitions in the buildings. Ghost Hunters investigated the site in 2013, and Ghost Adventures filmed an episode here in 2015. The winery is open for tastings and guided tours, and holds ticketed paranormal investigations on select nights, mostly in October.
Open daily for wine tasting, with guided tours and ticketed paranormal investigations on select nights; check the winery's site.
