Built in 1902, this Skagway house has been a hospital, a daycare and a hotel, and was restored after a fire in the 1980s. It now operates as a bed and breakfast. Guests describe a young woman in old-fashioned dress standing at the foot of the bed or talking quietly with children, and those who tell the story take her for the daycare's former owner, still at work. No death is recorded at the house, and nobody has established a cause for the reports.
A working bed and breakfast — open to the public as paying guests.
