Built in Washington County in 1787, the Pope-Walton House was disassembled and rebuilt on three acres in Buckhead in 1967, where it operated for decades as Anthony's Fine Dining before the property became an event venue known as The Estate. Staff and guests have long reported dishware flying across the dining room, unexplained cold sensations passing through doorways, and voices heard when no one else was present. Paranormal investigators who examined the house recorded EVPs and reported sensing a presence, though they stopped short of calling the case proven.
Antebellum-style house moved to Buckhead and long home to Anthony's restaurant, now an event venue. Visit through an event or a venue tour by arrangement.
