Seven Stars Tavern in Woodstown was built in 1762 and is on the National Register of Historic Places for its architecture and its role in the Revolutionary War. It is now a private residence. Ghost stories tell of a figure with a noose around its neck and of noisy spirits, but they are local lore and not documented. The house is a historic landmark to view from the street.
Private residence, not open to the public. View it only from the public road and do not trespass or disturb the residents.
