The Riddle House was built in 1905 as the gatekeeper's cottage for Woodlawn Cemetery in West Palm Beach, later served as a funeral parlor and a private home, and was moved in 1995 to Yesteryear Village, a living-history park at the South Florida Fairgrounds. It was featured on a 2008 episode of Ghost Adventures. The local legend is of Joseph, an employee of former owner Karl Riddle, who is said to have taken his own life in the attic and still lingers there. The fairgrounds offer guided nighttime History and Haunts tours of the village on select dates throughout the year. The stories are legend, told alongside the village's documented history.
Part of Yesteryear Village at the South Florida Fairgrounds; the village is open for events and during the fair, and guided History and Haunts night tours run on select dates, so check the fairgrounds' site for dates and tickets.
