The McCune Mansion, built between 1898 and 1901 for railroad and mining magnate Alfred McCune on Salt Lake City's Capitol Hill, is a red sandstone landmark now used as an event venue. KSL and Visit Utah tell of two apparitions: an elderly man in evening dress and a young blonde girl said to dance during weddings or appear in a mirror, with reports of cold spots, voices and locks that engage by themselves.
Event venue; the grounds can be seen from Main Street, and interior access is by booking or special events.
