Lulu City was a short-lived silver camp in the Kawuneeche Valley, built in 1880 and named for a founder's daughter, then abandoned by about 1885 because the ore was low grade and hauling it was costly. It is the only platted ghost town inside Rocky Mountain National Park and was listed on the National Register in 1977. Three cabin ruins and a few foundations remain, reached on the Colorado River Trail.
About a 6-mile round-trip hike from the trailhead on the park's west side; park entry fee applies.
